Double Layer Sealing Skirt Board / Dual Seal Skirt Board Rubber for Conveyor
The dual seal design of polyurethane and the EPDM rubber can effectively prevent the main materials from leaking out of the chute wall and ensure the effectiveness of the seal. More reasonable design fundamentally solved the two sides of the spraying, air leakage, powder running, dust pollution control.It can be Installed on all conveyor loading points to eliminate material spillage and provide a positive dust seal. 



Features: 
1. This sealing system is a low-maintenance design that provides an effective seal without the application of downward force onto the belt. 
2. It is recommended that appropriate wear liners be installed on the inside of the chute to protect the sealing system from material side-loading forces. 
3. It is composed of a single strip of rubber fabricated with an integral "outrigger" strip to form two sealing barriers. 
4. This skirting will provide dual sealing effectiveness while allowing the simple installation of single-strip systems.
