High Elastic Rubber Impact Bar
High Elastic Impact bar is designed to absorb impact loading which will dramatically reduce shock and stress loading to the structure.And the high elastic rubber can reduce the shock of material, consequently, reduce the belt weared.
The product structure
Impact Bars is a fusion of three different layers:
-UHMWPE Cap
-High Elastic Rubber
-Metal Slot
All parts of the impact bar are closely jointed by hot vulcanization

1. Ultra elastic rubber absorbs the impact in the maximum.
2. The UHMW-PE surface has outstanding sliding properties, to reduce the frictional resistance to the minimum.
3. The connection of the arc surface of impact assembly with the conveyor belt enables the conveyor belt to running smoothly and avoids the damage to the belt through the contact between the bar and surface of belt.
4. "T-Slot" fastening device has different tightening points along the bar and make the joining strong and reliable, easy to install and remove.
